Letter from America to Republicans

Attn Republicans:

To ever regain the White House and both houses of congress you will need more than your base which is approximately less than 50% of America.  While we may not have an exact number count what we do know is for you to win any future elections you will need more than just your base.  The current demographics simply are not on your winning side.

America has changed in the last 8 years.  We want a positive direction for America that does not include war, discriminating against immigrants, or an over microscopic focus on abortion rights, religion and same sex marriage.  Taxes are a non-issue since no American wants to pay higher taxes but based on our deficit it may become a necessity for some of us to pay more.

In the lead up to the next elections, we ask that you shy away from negative campaigning and negative attacking in general.  For this turns off a lot of potential voters who could vote Republican. 

We want a new direction in America.  This can not be stressed enough.  One that does not divide us by race, gender, age, ethnic background, social economics or health.  Neither do we want to be divided by social issues either.

Please take this letter seriously because we do.  Your response will determine the next elections and your party’s future viability as a whole.  Our current president is our commander and chief.  We ask only that you show him the respect you would want as president.  The character assassinations and personal background questioning is unwarranted and solely serves to alienate you from potential future voters, votes, and the winning of future elections.

Thank you for your time and consideration of this matter and we look forward to exercising our democratic rights and the continuation of democracy being served in America.
